Exciting perspectives through a widespread network. 

The wvib Medical Technology Cluster met at the new Sutter headquarters for the first time in November 2022. The cluster initiative, founded in 2009, covers the entire economic region of wvib Schwarzwald AG in the southwest of Germany. The objective is to network the currently 110 cluster players with each other with the help of moderated exchange of experiences, technology transfer, contacts to think tanks and government agencies, consulting and contact mediation. The Medical Technology Cluster thus makes an important contribution to the ever-growing healthcare industry in Baden-Württemberg. The interaction of startups with established players on the market is an important part of the networking idea at cluster level, as is the management of regulatory challenges.
