We were a gold sponsor at the 59th Jugend forscht (Youth researches) Competition in Southern Baden!

Our commitment to innovation and promoting young talent was clearly visible through our participation in the South Baden regional competition. As a gold sponsor, we had the opportunity to be represented with our own information stand, where our trainees and team of trainers informed interested young people about training opportunities at Sutter. It was inspiring to see how enthusiastic the young people were about the opportunities in medical technology and how committed they were to their own projects.

The Jugend forscht e.V. foundation, a non-profit organization with the aim of promoting young talent in the fields of science, mathematics and technology, has experienced impressive development in its more than 50-year history. The competition has not only helped to stimulate interest in these specialist areas, but has also aroused great interest at a political level. The participation of young researchers begins in February 2024 with the regional competitions. There, they will present their projects to a jury and the public. The best talents qualify for the state competitions in March and April. The competition round will culminate in the 59th national finals of Jugend forscht from May 30 to June 2, 2024 in Heilbronn - jointly organized by the Science Center experimenta as national sponsor and the Jugend forscht e.V. foundation.

Jugend forscht enables young people up to the age of 21 to compete as individuals or in groups of up to three people in seven subject areas, including the world of work, biology, chemistry, earth and space sciences, mathematics/computer science, physics and technology.
