During a symposium on endonasal radiofrequency surgery, more than two hundred ENT surgeons learned about some of the latest developments in energy-based surgery of the nose. The symposium, which was titled “Radiofrequency in the Nose – Turbinates and what is to come in the future?” was held at the 82nd Congress of the German Society of of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery in Freiburg, Germany. Prof. Boris A. Stuck from the University Hospital Mannheim, Prof. Thomas Kühnel from the University Hospital Regensburg and Prof. Rainer Weber from the Municipal Hospital in Karlsruhe presented their study data and shared their vast experience with the audience. The symposium was sponsored by Sutter Medizintechnik, Germany.
