The FOCUS brand presents Germany's 'Top Employer Medium-Sized Businesses' for the 6th time in a row and we are very pleased that #Sutter has made it to the top list 2023 - surveyed by research partner FactField GmbH on behalf of FOCUS*! Around 338,000 employee reviews and existing online reviews of more than 35,000 companies were analyzed.

2022 was definitely a year of change: A complete company move from Freiburg to our new headquarters in Emmendingen, but also dealing with different challenges of the pandemic have shown how important mutual cooperation is in the workplace. For us, the focus was and is on accompanying our employees through these changes, giving them a sense of security, and responding to their wishes and needs. Because only where this succeeds, companies will prove themselves even in challenging phases and look to the future with confidence.
